PRN Home Visit
Pay $30.00 to 40.00 an hour

Innovation Healthcare Solutions is searching for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses who can provide nursing services to patients in their homes and desire to serve patients with compassion and personalized care.

Innovation Healthcare Solutions is a skilled nursing services company based out of Winston Salem, NC. Our agency provides in-home infusion care to patients of all ages.

- Responsibilities:
As per the Patients needs perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (mostly Abx), blood draws
Provide patient education on self-administration of medication
Make visit notes and submit promptly
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license with competent in the duties described above
- Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel
- Expect to do 2 visits per week
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Nursing on a Private Duty Basis As-Needed
The Private Duty Nurse will be responsible for nursing care for patients, particularly those requiring tracheostomy and/or ventilator care. The role involves administering medication, monitoring patients' vital signs, providing wound care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Nurse Aide 1 & 2 Instructor Registered Nurse (RN) Lab and Clinical
$25-$27 an hour - Part-time
Wed and Thurs, 9a-5p, & Saturday & Sunday 9a-5p& Fill in as needed
Description:
- To provide instruction in the specific content area of Nursing Assistant 1 & 2
- Knowledge & Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Use curriculum developed and performance objectives according to DHHS
- Provide individualized and safety instructions
- Provide Employability skills and promote career awareness
- Must possess good communication skills and work well with adult learners
- Monitor lab supplies and classroom, lab and clinical requirements
- Monitor student clinical progress throughout the program
- Must be able to work flexible instruction hours as needed
- Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Education Minimum: AAS in Nursing or Science or higher
- Experience Minimum: 2 years or more Nursing work experience
- 3 or more year teaching experience preferred.

Candidate must be able to perform state-required skills that students will learn, be able to teach lesson plans that are already designed in a timely manner and be able to meet the deadlines within the time allotted for the curriculum.
